Tags : Tags are used to categorize vehicles for easier filtering and management.
Example tags:
    *Junior
    *Senior
    *Sales
    *Delivery
Driver Section : This section is used to manage driver details assigned to the vehicle Fields include:
Driver: The employee who is currently using the vehicle.
Mobility Card: Used for tracking fuel or travel-related expenses.
Future Driver: The employee who will be assigned the vehicle in the future.
Plan to Change Car :  Indicates whether the driver plans to change the vehicle.
Assignment Date:  The date when the vehicle was assigned to the driver.
Company :  Shows the company that owns the vehicle.

3. Vehicle Information Section : 
Category :Defines the type of vehicle (example: Compact, SUV, Truck).

Order Date : The date when the vehicle was ordered.

Registration Date : The official registration date of the vehicle.

Cancellation Date :  The date when the vehicle registration or usage is cancelled.

Chassis Number :  The unique identification number of the vehicle.

Last Odometer : Displays the last recorded mileage of the vehicle.

Fleet Manager : The person responsible for managing the fleet.

Location : Shows where the vehicle is currently located.

4 . Smart Buttons (Top Buttons)

At the top of the form you can see:

Drivers History : Shows the history of drivers who used the vehicle.

Contracts : Displays vehicle contracts such as leasing or insurance.

Odometer : Tracks the vehicle mileage records.

Documents :  Stores related documents like insurance, registration, etc.

5. Fleet Vehicle Stages Explanation : 

New Request : This stage is used when a new vehicle request is created by an employee or manager. The vehicle has not been ordered yet.

To Order : After the request is approved, the vehicle moves to this stage, which means it is ready to be ordered from the supplier.

 Ordered : In this stage, the vehicle order has already been placed with the vendor or supplier.

  Registered :  This stage indicates that the vehicle has been received and officially registered. The vehicle is now available in the fleet.

Downgraded : This stage is used when a vehicle category is changed to a lower category.

 Reserve :  The vehicle is reserved for a specific employee, but it may not yet be assigned or used.

 Waiting List : This stage is used when employees are waiting for a vehicle because no vehicles are currently available.

* Click Save 

Once created, the vehicle will be available for tracking and management.
